1. A conversation about your loved one

We start by listening: health and memory, mobility, medications, daily routine, personality, hobbies, faith, pets, budget, and where family members live. If you have a doctor’s notes or a hospital discharge summary, we’ll look at those too.

2. A shortlist that makes sense

Instead of a list of 30 names, you get a few communities that genuinely fit. For each one we explain the care it’s licensed to provide, what it’s likely to cost, and why it made the list.

3. Tours, with the right questions

We help schedule tours at times that work for your family and give you a checklist of what to look and listen for. We also show you how to look up each community’s Florida license and inspection reports.

4. The move, and after

We help you understand the residency agreement, the move-in assessment, and timing. After move-in, we check in to see how things are going.

How long does it take?

Some families plan for months; others need a place within days after a hospital stay. We work at your pace. For urgent situations, see help after a hospital discharge.

What it costs you

Nothing. Here is exactly how we’re paid.
